Terrilyn Morgan is an Instructor of Finance at Weber State University's Goddard School of Business & Economics. She teaches finance and accounting courses in undergraduate and graduate programs, including MBA and MAcc, as well as personal finance workshops for faculty and staff.

Her research focuses on gender representation in upper-management positions within U.S. banks, with annual publications since 2008. Professionally, she brings 15 years of banking experience as a commercial loan officer, specializing in SBA and woman-owned business programs.
Morgan also serves on the Goddard School's Assurance of Learning Committee and volunteers with the VITA tax preparation program. She provides accounting consulting services to local small businesses, covering loan requests, tax reporting, financial analysis, and audit support.
