Terrence J. Collins is the Teresa Heinz Professor of Green Chemistry at Carnegie Mellon University and Director of the Institute for Green Science. He earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Auckland in 1978 and has held academic positions at Carnegie Mellon since 2001 and previously at Caltech (1981–1987).
