Tero Nauha

Tero Nauha is a Professor in Live Art and Performance Studies (LAPS) at the University of the Arts Helsinki (Uniarts Helsinki), where he has worked since 2018. His research and artistic practice intersect with cognitive capitalism, financialization, and performative methodologies, often challenging standardized academic frameworks.

Nauha’s work explores the entanglement of economics and art, particularly how financialization reshapes cultural knowledge production. His artistic practice combines media art, performance, and language-based works, often interrogating the interstices between intangible forms and material cultures. His recent publications focus on Deleuzean philosophies, fictioning, and experimental pedagogy.
