Teri Reed-Rhoads serves as Assistant Dean of Engineering for Undergraduate Education and Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering Education at Purdue University, while also directing the Institute for P-12 Engineering Research and Learning (INSPIRE).
Education:
- Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University
Research Interests: Her work centers on improving engineering education through statistics pedagogy, concept inventory validation, program assessment methodologies, and strategies for enhancing recruitment/retention with emphasis on diversity, equity, and K-12 outreach initiatives. These interconnected domains address systemic challenges in engineering education pipelines.
