Teresa Nguyen

Teresa Nguyen is a Research Associate and PhD student at Leuphana University Lüneburg, affiliated with the Institute for Management & Organization (IMO) and the Professorship for Psychology, in particular Cognitive-, Social- and Economic Psychology. She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Social Psychology (2023-2024) and a B.Sc. in Psychology (2020-2023), both from the University of Groningen.

Research Focus: Teresa's work centers on entrepreneurship psychology, innovation, and the transformation of the world of work. She contributes to projects like LIONA REGINNB (regional innovation acceleration) and Digital Entrepreneurship, exploring social-innovative transformation through inclusive work environments and digital platforms' impact on regional economies.

Projects & Collaborations: She is involved in interdisciplinary initiatives such as STEP (Sustainable Transformation and Entrepreneurship) and Leuphana Sustainable Entrepreneurship Certificate (L-SEC), bridging psychology with strategic management and cultural communication. Her role includes advising on cognitive, social, and economic aspects of entrepreneurship.
