Professor Terence Daintith is a Senior Fellow at the Melbourne Law School (Melbourne Law Masters) and a Professorial Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London. He holds a law degree from Oxford University (1963) and has held academic roles globally, including Chair of Public Law at the University of Dundee, where he founded the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy. His research focuses on public law, oil and gas regulation, constitutional law, and the legal frameworks governing government-owned enterprises.
