Teodor Lucian Moga

Teodor Lucian Moga is a Lecturer in EU foreign affairs at the Centre for European Studies, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, Romania. He holds a PhD in Economics and International Relations from UAIC and a MA in Political Science from the University of Manchester, where he was a Chevening/Open Society scholar. From 2014-2015, he held the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship for a post-doctoral program at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

His research focuses on

• European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP)
• Eastern Partnership (EaP)
• Ukraine

He organized the EURINT conference series, a key event in Central/Eastern Europe for EU foreign policy analysis.

Teodor has worked at the European Commission, British Embassy (Bucharest), and conducted research at institutions like the EU Institute for Security Studies, Marshall European Center for Security Studies, and the Romanian Academy of Science.
