Tejasvi Nagaraja is an Assistant Professor of History at Cornell University’s ILR School. His research and teaching focus on the intersections of U.S. labor, African American, and foreign relations history, particularly examining the evolution of class, gender, and race within a changing global division of labor and geopolitics. As a historian of empire and labor, he interprets the U.S. through both domestic and transnational lenses, emphasizing war, social movements, and racial capitalism.
