Tegan Evans is a Research Fellow at the Revolution Plastics Institute within the Faculty of Business & Law at the University of Portsmouth. She is also a core member of the Global Plastics Policy Centre and the Centre for Blue Governance, contributing to transformative governance research for ocean and plastic pollution challenges. Her work focuses on policy design, blue economy transitions, and sustainable development goals.

Advising & Grants:
Evans contributed to the UNEP Transition Framework since 2021 and co-organized the Revolution Plastics PhD conference (2025). She participates in high-level intergovernmental negotiations, such as the Global Plastics Treaty sessions.
