Ted Mermin is a Lecturer at Berkeley Law and serves as the Executive Director of the Berkeley Center for Consumer Law & Economic Justice. He coordinates the Consumer Law Program, advises student organizations like the Consumer Advocacy and Protection Society (CAPS), and acts as pro bono counsel to the Consumer Justice Clinic at the East Bay Community Law Center.
