Ted Baab is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Cooper Union's Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture. He received his Master of Architecture with Distinction from Harvard Graduate School of Design, where he earned the AIA Henry Adams Certificate and Penny White Award for independent research.
His academic work explores geometric misuse of vernacular form and theories of strangeness in architecture. In professional practice, Baab serves as Senior Associate at SO-IL architecture firm in Brooklyn, where he has contributed to architectural projects since 2011.
