Taís Fernanda Blauth is a PhD Researcher in the 'Artificial Intelligence & International Relations' programme at the Department of Governance and Innovation, Campus Fryslân, University of Groningen, Netherlands. She is a member of the Data Research Centre, contributing to the interdisciplinary project 'Enhancing Higher Education Capacity for an Interdisciplinary Cybersecurity Study Program'. She also holds a fellowship at the Evolving Digital Society research group at the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG), Germany.
