Dr. Tatiana Gherman is an Associate Professor at the University of Northampton's Faculty of Business and Law, specializing in Strategy and International Business. With over 15 years of academic experience, she holds executive certifications from MIT Sloan and IIM Bangalore. Her research focuses on Responsible AI, Business Data Science, and Behavioral Operational Research.
