Tassis Konstantinos is a Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Crete. His research focuses on astrophysics, particularly star formation, interstellar matter dynamics, magnetohydrodynamics, and cosmic magnetic fields. He leads the PASIPHAE project (Polar-Areas Stellar-Imaging in Polarization High-Accuracy Experiment), funded by an ERC Consolidator Grant, and contributes to major international collaborations including LiteBIRD and SOFIA.
Education: He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2005) and a B.Sc. from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1999).
