Taslim Alade

Taslim Alade is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Business-Society Management, Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) at Erasmus University Rotterdam. His work focuses on impact-driven education and research, emphasizing sustainable business models and innovative pedagogy through experiential learning and gamification. He coordinates courses like the Sustainable Business Models GBS Master's program (collaborating with 4 companies) and I DO Bachelor (engaging 15 non-profits annually).

Before his PhD at Erasmus, he worked as a Space Applications Scientist at Nigeria’s National Space Research and Development Agency and as a Project Manager for the UN-SPIDER program. He is an alumnus of the International Space University (ISU), France.

His research explores cross-national transport projects, sustainable innovation, and pedagogical strategies. Notable awards include the 2024 ARNOVA Teaching Enhancement Stipend and multiple Dean’s Excellence Awards (2017). He serves on RSM’s faculty council and is a certified SDG game facilitator.
