Taryn Davis is a Lecturer in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program, specializing in teaching courses such as ORLD 7500 Leading Organizational Change. She holds an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice from the University of Bath (2006) and multiple BA degrees in Industrial Psychology and English from South African institutions. With over 25 years of corporate experience, she currently serves as Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement at Cargill, a role she has held since 2007. Her career began in the UK and South Africa, including roles in the coal mining division of BHP Billiton.
Her research and teaching focus on organizational change, ethical business practices, and leadership development. Davis integrates her extensive industry experience into her academic contributions, emphasizing practical applications of theoretical concepts.
