Tarell Friedley

Tarell Friedley is an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he teaches Legal Practicum-Business Practice. He founded the Tarell A. Friedley Law Firm in 1997, specializing in business enterprise strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning for closely held businesses. He has practiced law in Minnesota since 1985 and maintains affiliations with the Minnesota State Bar Association, U.S. District Court for Minnesota, and U.S. Tax Court.

His legal practice focuses on business transactions, including entity formation, operational planning, and financial institution relationships through credit facility documentation and loan workouts. He also contributes to legal education through National Institute for Trial Advocacy courses and high school mock trial coaching.
