Dr. Tara Flanagan is an Associate Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology (ECP) at McGill University's Faculty of Education. She leads the Social Policy, Advocacy, Research, Community (SPARC) Lab and serves as an Associate Member of the Institute for Human Development and Well-Being (IHDW). Her research focuses on social inclusion, transition planning for individuals with disabilities, and quality of life measurement. Dr. Flanagan holds a Ph.D. from McGill University and has contributed to policy development through roles like former Chair of McGill's Joint Board-Senate Committee on Equity Subcommittee on Persons with Disabilities.
