Tara Dhakal

Tara Dhakal is an Associate Professor and Director of the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at Binghamton University, leading the Center for Autonomous Solar Power (CASP). He holds a BS from Tribhuvan University (Nepal), MS from Shimane University (Japan), and PhD from the University of Florida. His research focuses on renewable energy systems, particularly solar cell technologies using earth-abundant and non-toxic materials to achieve cost-effective energy solutions.
