Dr. Tanya Martini is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at Brock University. Her research focuses on how undergraduates perceive and develop career-related skills during their university experiences, both inside and outside the classroom. She emphasizes improving students' awareness of transferable skills such as problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership to better prepare them for post-graduation opportunities.
