Glusac’s pedagogical innovations emphasize dialectic dialogue and project-based learning, fostering critical thinking in architectural education. Her collaborations span industry partnerships through reports like the Liveability Framework for Social Housing (Sustainable Built Environment National Research Centre, 2021). She actively presents at forums including the WA Teaching and Learning Conferences and international symposiums on urbanism and heritage.
