Tania Leimbach

Tania Leimbach is a researcher at the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney) within the Faculty of Arts, Design & Architecture. She convenes courses in the Master of Environmental Management program, including Climate Crisis and Action and Environmental Communication, while actively supporting youth-led climate solutions and educator empowerment.

Her research focuses on environmental communication, climate change pedagogy, and ecologically-oriented creative praxis. She explores affect theory, social change, and transdisciplinary methods through:

• Anthropocene institutional analysis
• Emotional resilience toolkit development
• Hybrid media engagement strategies

Her recent publications emphasize climate crisis narratives, multispecies relations, and innovative pedagogy. She has developed public-facing educational resources adopted across universities, schools, and councils.
