Dr. Tangela Hales serves as the Dean of Nursing at Belhaven University, where she joined in 2021. She previously held the role of Director of the Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program. With over 20 years of nursing experience, including 13 years in education, she specializes in addressing health disparities and advancing healthcare equity through innovative nursing leadership and research.
