Dr. Tang Chun Meng is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business at James Cook University (Singapore Campus). He holds a PhD in Management from Multimedia University (Malaysia) and MBA/MS degrees from Utah State University (USA). His expertise spans project management, operations management, and supply chain management, with certifications including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Dr. Tang’s research focuses on digital technology’s impact in education (e.g., blended learning, LMS effectiveness) and information systems evaluation. He has published extensively in journals like Electronic Journal of e-Learning and International Journal of Business Information Systems, and edited multiple books on business issues in China and tourism management. His work emphasizes aligning IS with organizational goals and enhancing educational technology adoption.
