Don Paterson is an Instructor at the Faculty of Business, University of New Brunswick. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in Supply Chain and Project Management across industries such as heavy construction, shipbuilding, oil and gas, and public-sector projects. He teaches Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management from a practitioner’s perspective.
Education: BA, BBA, MBA, SCMP, PLog, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Liverpool University, UK. He received the Claude Codère Doctoral Thesis Scholarship for research in Supply Chain Management.
He has designed courses and workshops for Supply Chain Canada and UNB’s MBA program, emphasizing practical applications. His work integrates academic rigor with real-world experience, focusing on strategic supply chain development and team-building.
