معرفی
Tamás Müller is a Research Fellow at Eötvös Loránd University, affiliated with the Institute of Geography and Earth Sciences, Department of Petrology and Geochemistry, and Center of Earth Sciences. His work focuses on geological and geochemical analyses of critical intervals in Earth history, particularly the Toarcian Oceanic Anoxic Event (Jenkyns Event) of the Early Jurassic.
His research integrates stratigraphy, paleoclimatology, and geochemistry to study:
- Paleoenvironmental responses to carbon cycle perturbations
- Geochemical proxies in fossil brachiopods
- Arrested carbonate sedimentation during anoxic events
- Evolution of brachiopod microstructures
Recent publications highlight his expertise in analyzing high-resolution stratigraphic records and climate dynamics during mass extinction events in the Tethyan region. A full list of his research can be found on mtmt.hu.
