Tamás Freund

Tamás Freund is a Professor at Péter Pázmány Catholic University, where he has been Head of the Department of Neuroscience since 2000. Concurrently, he has served as Director of the Institute of Experimental Medicine (IEM) at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences since 2002. His research focuses on neuronal circuits, endocannabinoid signaling, hippocampal physiology, and cerebral cortex organization.
