Tammy Cox

Tammy Cox serves as the leader of finance and operations for the UNC School of Education, overseeing human resources and IT since 2022. She previously held executive roles at the UNC School of Information and Library Science (SILS), including Executive Associate Dean for over 12 years, and prior finance leadership positions at NC State University and North Carolina Sea Grant. Cox holds a B.S. in Accounting from Mount Olive University and an M.Ed. in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from East Carolina University.
