Tamara Sussman is a Professor and PhD Program Director in the School of Social Work at McGill University. Her work focuses on aging, palliative care, and social inclusion for marginalized older populations. She has held academic roles since 2007, advancing from Assistant to Associate Professor before becoming Full Professor in 2024.

Recent Work: Over 30 peer-reviewed articles since 2020, focusing on palliative care innovations, housing for homeless seniors, and caregiver support systems. Her projects include the SPA-LTC program and Meaningful Moments intervention.
