Tamara Baumberger

Tamara Baumberger serves as an Assistant Professor in the College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences at Oregon State University, based at the Hatfield Marine Science Center (HMSC) in Newport, Oregon.

Her research specializes in the gas chemistry of hydrothermal vent systems and methane seeps, with concentrated expertise in carbon cycle dynamics and noble gas signatures within these extreme marine environments.
