Tamara A. Henry

Tamara A. Henry is a Teaching Associate Professor at the Milken Institute School of Public Health, George Washington University, within the Department of Prevention and Community Health. She specializes in teaching undergraduate and graduate public health courses, including Introduction to Public Health and Human Sexuality. Her expertise spans HIV/AIDS, health disparities, prevention, and social determinants of health. Dr. Henry has received multiple teaching awards and is an inaugural member of the Master Teaching Academy.

Dr. Henry has also consulted on health initiatives for DC and Maryland Departments of Health, the NAACP, and international projects in South Africa and Jamaica.
