Talat KAYA

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Talat Kaya is an academic with expertise in Private International Law, International Trade Law, and WTO Law at the Social Sciences University of Ankara, where he has served since 2018. He holds a BA from Ankara University Faculty of Law (1998), an LLM from Vanderbilt University (2005), and a PhD from Ankara University (2013). Dr. Kaya previously worked at the Undersecretariat of the Prime Ministry for Foreign Trade (now Ministry of Trade) from 2000–2018, contributing to international trade agreements and WTO submissions, and served as a Judge Trainee (1999–2000).
