Tal Ben-Zvi

Tal Ben-Zvi is Associate Professor in the School of Business at Stevens Institute of Technology. Her research develops analytical models for decision-making under uncertainty, with applications in healthcare and organizational systems.

Education includes advanced degrees in Management Sciences. She previously taught at Tel Aviv University and Monterrey Institute of Technology.

She created the Socio-Technical Probabilistic Risk Assessment (ST-PRA) system for healthcare environments, using fault tree modeling to identify systemic risks. Current projects include Medicaid service improvements and workforce development grants.

Honors include the Bright Idea Award in Decision Sciences and Harvey N. Davis Distinguished Teaching Award. She serves on editorial boards for operations research journals.
