Takeshi Horinouchi

Takeshi Horinouchi is a Professor at the Faculty of Environmental Earth Science, Graduate School of Environmental Science at Hokkaido University, Japan. His academic work focuses on the dynamics of atmospheric phenomena with particular expertise in tropical cyclones and related meteorological processes.
