Takeshi Hitomi is a Professor at the Rikkyo University School of Law since 2010, specializing in Public Law and Administrative Law with comparative Germany-Japan jurisprudence expertise. He holds a PhD from Tokyo Metropolitan University's Graduate School (1984) and a law degree from Waseda University (1982).
