Tahmina Rashid

Tahmina Rashid is an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, focusing on legal issues related to poverty decriminalization, colonial/post-colonial law, and international justice. Her research on South Asia has been presented at the 2024 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Samoa.
