Tahir Muhmood

Tahir Muhmood is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) within the P. Ferreira Research Group, actively contributing to the Moving2Neutrality project focused on sustainable fuel production for carbon-neutral transportation systems.

His research specializes in atomic-level design and fabrication of nano-catalysts for energy and environmental applications, with core expertise in photocatalysis, electrocatalyst development, and nanomaterial engineering. Key focus areas include oxygen reduction reaction optimization, semiconductor photocatalyst systems, and solar-driven biomass conversion for hydrogen production and biochemical synthesis.
