Tabea Wolf is a Research Fellow in the Department of Business and Organizational Psychology at the University of Hohenheim’s Institute for Education, Work and Society. She holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Ulm University and has conducted postdoctoral research there. Her work focuses on autobiographical memory processes and their psychosocial roles in daily life, including guidance of actions and social interaction influence.
Current research priorities include age-diverse workplace friendships, intergenerational knowledge transfer, future time perspective analysis, and the functional roles of autobiographical memories. She coordinates a University of Hohenheim project on age-diverse friendships. Professional milestones include a 2024 senior researcher position, postdoc work (2016–2024), and doctoral research at Ulm.
Publications span topics like memory retrieval dynamics, bereavement processes, and cognitive aging mechanisms. Her work appears in journals such as Memory, Death Studies, and the Journal of Personality.
Education background includes a MSc and BSc in Educational Psychology from the University of Hildesheim, and additional training at Heidelberg University Hospital’s Geriatric Psychiatry department.
