TAY Seong Chee, Simon

Simon SC TAY is an Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore's Faculty of Law and Director of the LLM (International & Comparative Law) program. He concurrently chairs the Singapore Institute of International Affairs, ranked #1 in ASEAN, and serves as Senior Consultant at WongPartnership law firm.
