Dr. Sławomir Driczinski is an Assistant Professor at the University of Szczecin's Faculty of Law and Administration, specializing in labor law and civil law intersections. His research focuses on working time regulations, employment ethics, and legal aspects of labor relations. He has practiced law for over 20 years, specializing in employment law litigation and HR training. He holds a PhD from the University of Szczecin (2000) and has authored numerous scientific and popular science publications. Driczinski teaches labor law, legal clinics, and professional pragmatics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, previously also at private universities. He served as head of postgraduate studies in labor law and occupational safety, and currently acts as the Dean's anti-discrimination and violence representative. His professional activities include Wolters Kluwer collaborations, HR course development, and union leadership roles.
His research emphasizes judicial interpretations of labor code provisions (e.g., working time definitions, employment claim cumulation), civil law applications in labor disputes, and systemic gaps in labor legislation.
