Dr. Sıbel Serçe is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Gaziantep University, Türkiye. Her academic career spans nursing education, clinical research, and project leadership.

Her research focuses on chronic disease management, complementary therapies in nursing, and pain and fatigue assessment across various patient groups, including cancer patients, geriatric populations, and post-disaster nursing students.
