Sylvia D. Clark, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Marketing at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, St. John's University. With over 35 years of teaching experience, she combines academic expertise with industry and consulting background. She holds a PhD in Marketing from Baruch College (CUNY), an MPhil in Marketing from Baruch, an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a BBA in Marketing Research from Baruch College.
Her teaching focuses on Principles of Marketing and Consumer Behavior, while her research explores Learning Styles, Post-Recession Consumer Behavior, Culturally-Pluralistic Segmentation, and Distraction in the Classroom. She is based at Spellman Hall, Room 204, on Staten Island.
