Sylvain Chassang is a Professor of Economics at Princeton University, where he has held various roles including Director of the Dietrich Economic Theory Center. He previously served as a Professor at New York University (2016–2020). His research focuses on game theory, public economics, and experimental design, with notable contributions to understanding collusion in auctions, policy design, and randomized controlled trials. Chassang is affiliated with the NBER and CEPR as a Research Associate.
