Svetlana Agustoni serves as a Lecturer at the Department of Education and Learning within the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI), actively affiliated with the Competence Centre for Education, Learning and Teaching (EAI) as of September 1, 2024.

Her research centers on Educational Sciences, with specialized focus on Teacher Education frameworks and evidence-based Learning and Teaching Methodologies. She contributes to advancing pedagogical practices through the EAI Centre's mission to innovate educational systems and professional development.
