Svein Dale

Svein Dale is a Professor in the Ecology and Natural Resource Management Section. His research focuses on endangered bird species conservation, bird community dynamics across ecosystems (urban, agricultural, boreal forest, wetlands), and population fluctuations of northern boreal species. Previously, he studied behavioral ecology (sexual selection in pied flycatchers) and tropical ecosystems (Ugandan rainforest birds).
