Suzanne Penn is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Education and Director of both the Family Law Clinic and Delta Divorce Clinic at the William H. Bowen School of Law, University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her legal practice focuses on family, juvenile, and disability law, with extensive experience in public interest advocacy.

Research & Practice: Professor Penn’s career emphasizes clinical legal education and public service. She co-founded the Tulane Public Interest Law Foundation during law school and has held roles at Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families, Arkansas Department of Human Services, and the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She specializes in advocating for vulnerable populations, including children and individuals with disabilities, and has served on boards of organizations like the ACLU affiliate and Mainstream.
Teaching & Clinics: She teaches Litigation Clinic and leads clinical programs addressing family law and divorce, providing hands-on legal training to students while serving community needs.
