Suzanne Palmer is an Associate Professor of Legal Studies in Business at Albright College, coordinating the Sustainable Business minor. She holds a J.D. cum laude from Boston University and an LL.M. in Law & Economics from George Mason University. Her expertise spans corporate sustainability, contracts, unclaimed property law, and intellectual property in fashion. Active in campus governance, she serves on committees including the Educational Policy Council and Pennsylvania Bar Association. Palmer advises pre-law students and leads initiatives in nonprofit governance and ESG practices.
Education: A.B. in Government and Law from Lafayette College; J.D. from Boston University; LL.M. from George Mason University.
Research focuses on corporate sustainability frameworks, industry self-regulation, and intellectual property disputes in fashion and education sectors. She has mentored student research projects on nonprofit success factors, digital distribution impacts on the recording industry, and textbook publisher business models.
