Suzanne Nuss

Suzanne Nuss, MBA, PhD, RN, CENP, serves as Assistant Professor & Assistant Dean at the UNMC College of Nursing – Omaha Division, Assistant Vice-Chancellor Clinical Workforce at UNMC, and Clinical Workforce Development Officer at Nebraska Medicine. She chairs the sIRB and co-chairs the Rapid Response IRB.

Her research and publications emphasize teamwork in healthcare, leadership development, and educational program design. She actively mentors students and partners with UNMC colleges to recruit future healthcare professionals.

As an IRB member, she has reviewed hundreds of studies, driving ethical research practices. Her work bridges clinical innovation with academic training, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
