Suzanne Moore is an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the Faculty of Health, Charles Darwin University, affiliated with the Molly Wardaguga Research Centre. Her roles include Senior Research Fellow and Program Manager for the Birthing on Country Centre for Research Excellence (BOC CRE). She has held positions such as Associate Dean Research at the College of Nursing and Midwifery, CDU, and Research Fellow at Menzies School of Health Research. Her expertise spans cancer epidemiology, Indigenous health equity, and maternal/child health.
Education: PhD in Epidemiology (University of Queensland, 2010), Master's (University of Queensland, 2002), and Bachelor's (Southern Cross University, 1995).
Research Interests: Cancer burden among Indigenous populations globally, cervical screening disparities, maternal health in remote communities, and healthcare equity. Her work aligns with UN SDGs for health and well-being (SDG 3) and reduced inequalities (SDG 10).
Recent Articles: Focus on Indigenous maternal health, cervical screening, and healthcare access, emphasizing participatory approaches and equity-driven solutions.
Awards: NHMRC Scholarship, IARC Postdoctoral Fellowship, and COSA Best Oral Presentation Award.
