Dr. Suzanne Lehman serves as Associate Professor and Director of the Baccalaureate Nursing Program in St. Catherine University's College for Women. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and maintains RN and PHN certifications. Her leadership extends to the Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center Community Advisory Council.
Research specialties include:
- Pediatric and community-based nursing interventions
- Strategies for increasing diversity in nursing education and practice
- Equity-focused healthcare delivery models
- Quality improvement methodologies in clinical settings
As co-founder of the Nursing Diversity Collaborative, she established a partnership between St. Catherine University and Minnesota Children’s Hospitals to address workforce representation gaps. Her community-engaged scholarship focuses on reducing health disparities through education and systems change.
